Simple Winter Pleasures #4

Even when you don't feel like it, sometimes you just have to stop and play a game! Tonight it was Hi Ho Cherrio...so glad we took the time!
Kobuk made the game extra interesting when he decided he would spin the spinner too! lol

Yep. I know what you mean. I play games with my kids all of the time. We play Trouble, Mouse Trap, Candy Land, Rockem Sockem Robots and card games.

Thanks so much for leaving a comment on my art blog. It's so nice to meet you. I went to your other blog, too. Lots of fun. I thought I would leave a comment here, though, since this is where you've posted most recently.

I love the idea of the Rosemary wreath. It sounds really beautiful and what a perfect way to capture the memories from those nature walks. I would love to see a picture of it. If you want to email one to me, I would be happy to post it on my blog with a link to your blog. If you don't want me to post it, I will just enjoy looking at it myself and use it as a guide for when we make ours. You can get my email address on my profile. Hope to hear from you soon.

God bless and happy homeschooling and crafting.

hi Hallie,
I just read your comment on my blog. Yes, that must have been me in your class. I took Deb Tharp's intermediate photo class in fall of 2001, I believe. How did you happen to find my blog?
:)

Nathaniel,
That is so cool! I have wondered where you ended up! I remember a photo you did that was soaked in coffee grounds and burned on the edges...I have always regreted not asking you if I could buy it! lol
I just happen to follow http://movingtoak.blogspot.com/ and they posted a link to your blog today! What a small world! I brought up your blog with a pic but wasn't sure if that was you or not. I remember you with much longer hair! :)
So nice to be in touch, I always really enjoyed your work! Mine on the other hand, has turned into documenting my girls' world! Maybe I will get back into weddings someday. Boy I wish I'd have know you did that when I got married!!
Can't wait to see what you do next!
